I have an assignment where I have to give an account of Ronald Coase's theory of negative externalities in his article; The Problem of Social Cost from 1960.

I am a little stuck on how I can begin this essay. Therefore I would really appreciate it if someone could help med out with any tips, and if there is some sources/ research that you could recommend regarding Coases theory. Are there also some examples that are essential to include in this assignment?
