Enter an Excel formula using the COUNTIF() function in cells F8-F19 that will compute the "Number of Quarters among Top 3" for each Salesperson. Your COUNTIF function should count the number of occurrences of the text string "Yes" in found in the Qtr_1, Qtr_2, Qtr_3, and Qtr_4 columns for each salesperson.

The data in these columns will be "Yes" if a salesperson's sales was among the Top 3 for that quarter and "No" if the salesperson was not. For example, if the salesperson in cell A8 (which should be your name) was among the Top 3 salespersons in Quarter 1, then cell B8 would contain the word "Yes"; otherwise B8 would contain word "No".
