I have become way more familiar with the words quantitative and qualitative that is for sure. Studying business theory and frameworks is at the top of my list due to the material in this class. Although some things are still confusing to me, this class has cleared up a lot of confusion. Saunders et al. (2019) states that qualitative research aims to answer why and how, while qualitative research covers relations between variables and also data revolving around correlations.

Weaknesses that I can work on involve reading more about my research topic. Moreover, getting more familiar with business theories that can be applied in the long run toward the capstone. Understanding my resources more will help me in this process. For instance, the capstone information section of the resources can help me gain an understanding of the steps in the journey necessary for completing the doctoral study. Admittedly I also need to strengthen my research skills, which will happen.

Positive social change to my understanding now involves making the people around you better, whether that being work or outside of work. Positive social change also involves being a resource for people around you. At work creating positive social change involves being a problem solver and a person who provides proper guidance to the growth of others. The opportunities that promote social change involve helping where you know you can. Being a positive social change agent involves seeing an opportunity to help someone or some process and proceeding to do so.

The question that I have on the doctoral process are:

• What can make me a better researcher?
• What are some tips on deeply analyzing articles to find necessary data for my research paper?
• What will I get out of this journey in the long run?
• After developing the research question what is the next step?
