I have been isolating at home during the COVID-19 pandemic during the state of emergency declared by the pandemic.Now "things are opening up" but I am afraid to go back to work.Can I refuse to go back to work because of the COVID-19 pandemic?Do I not have a right to refuse unsafe workbecause Ihave a fearof the virus?Would it be different if I was a vulnerable person (older, asthma/lung condition,immune condition, pregnant etc.)?What if I cannot get childcare during the pandemic?
