I have been part of teams and groups, for example, a group handling a class assignment. The skills and attributes of individuals I have managed well include mutual respect among members, sharing expertise, willingness to learn, and cooperation by contributing ideas. Their skills include critical thinking since they could hold a discussion and come up with a brilliant idea, and creativity, since the ideas they came up with were unique. Decision-making was another skill that helped the group make good decisions. Time management was also paramount since the team could handle tasks and meet deadlines. These traits are not learnable because they are what an individual possesses; they come from within
