I have been reading several essays regarding advantages and disadvantages of partnership in a business.

Some of them say there is more capital since there are two or more partners which is an advantage and some say there is less capital which is a disadvantage as the other partner might contribute more than the other.

Another thing, is there more burden in terms of things like workload since it is a partnership or is that an advantage since it is shared?
