I have checked the Maryland website and I am not finding a code number for Negligence and Contributory Negligence. I am actually looking for the code numbers so I can refencethem in my paper. Is there an actual code for them; I ask as I see the code for Emergency Vehicles and not wearing a seatbelt but not for Negligence and Contributory Negligence. I really need help find them. I sate this as I know my answers are correct but if I cannot site back to code I will loose points.
