I have data for two airlines in regards to cancellations. I have data for 6 months of scheduled flights and cancelled flights. Is it appropriate to use a t-test? Also, does the hypotheses make sense: H: mean flight cancellations for JetBlue from July 2021 - December 2021 = mean flight cancellations for Delta during the same time period
