I have experienced being aware of a quantity change over time here recently. I took a job as a supervisor with my current job, the job requirements were straight forward and I enjoyed it. Well within a few months, things changed and we now had to re-apply for our jobs. Our company was going back to the old way they did things and that meant dedicating more time to work and less time with family and taking on more responsibility than I had originally signed up for but better pay. I had to outweigh the good and the bad to determine if the new position was worth the extra hours and stress. I am the sole provider for my family so I chose to re-apply and hope that I was able to get the position again. I did end up getting the position and now I am able to provide for my family without worrying about paying the bills and having what we need. There is times where the job does not seem worth it but I look towards the future and know that if I continue, that just the experience and leadership skills would be worth all of what
