Then I had to analyse the intent of the element, explaining the leader's role in ensuring the element is being met. (leader is my director).

Daily, she carefully performs a range of crucial tasks that are necessary for ensuring effective administrative systems. These tasks encompass a wide variety of responsibilities, ranging from managing administrative processes such as rostering and coordinating staff schedules to monitoring children's attendance and keeping track of their enrolments. She is also responsible for implementing and enforcing workplace health and safety measures, as well as ensuring that all staff members follow established policies and procedures. Additionally, she takes charge of managing risks and ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly adhered to. Jane is a hands-on leader eager to learn and apply new skills to her management of the centre. From this, she encourages and works with her team members to develop their professional learning. Besides the leadership role, she reviews the development plans with her team members and the committee, which aligns with the Code of Ethics(ECA,2016).
