I have found that Project Managers are switched around to other projects quite frequently at least where I am at.Therefore, a Project Manager may be entirely new to a project but the project team may already be well established.Also, a Project Manager may be new but the team that you get may have worked with each other before or even for many years.What would you do to get a good baseline for where the team is in their staging?
