I have many doggie day centers around the country. My customers drop their doggies off in the morning and the dogs run around in a safe backyard. I charge my customers an hourly fee.

Do you think theres a better way to charge and make a profit? (assume all costs to run my doggie business is fixed) explain how you would charge another way other than hourly rates?
