I have question. Let's say I have a company with $10$ employees, and I have some documents that my employees need to learn. It's a customer service role where people call in$.$ What I want to do is create my own AI$,$ feed it the documents, and then have my AI listen to calls and try to solve the problems not to answer the phone or something only I want to listen to my employees talking and giving an answer "not audio" to the employees what AI thinks the solution is based on the info I have provided the AI with.
