i have some questions (international expansion of cloud software)

1. What are the drivers of internationalization that apply to Azure's extension of its cloud computing business and how do they work? (with regards to drivers of market, cost, competitive and government)

2. Use Porter's diamond to identify and discuss determinants of national advantage (and any disadvantage) that matter to Azure's expansion of its cloud data centres into Auckland, New Zealand. Also, what are two recommendations for Azure on the actions it should take with regards to its internationalization.
