I have someone who summitted the exact (site) document for ESA request to gain 2 assistance animals but changed the name to their own and submitted it as a legal doc. as "verification" (using the same doctors name as well) that they needed these emotional support animals. Is this a violation of this sites copy right policy, and/or considered fraud?
