I have the factors of employee satisfaction and their statistics (mean, standard deviation). The question asked is : if the management of the organization asked what they should pay attention to in relation to the job satisfaction of their employees, what would I suggest. I was thinking to find also the median, range , mode and cronbach alpha, but i am not sure what to do and how to interpret them
