I have the following categories available and I'm trying to find the best way to determine if there is statistical evidence of racial profiling in traffic stops using any type of regression. The races are Black, White, Asian, and Hispanic and the action categories are Arrest, Citation and Warning. I've been struggling to find the best type of regression to use for this considering the number of categorical variables.
