I have the following information in a logistics case study: Initially, the response for company's exports was very good and the company secured 15 international clients within its first two months of expanded operations; making it AU $1,250,000 per month in international revenues by the end of first half of the year. Based on this response, the firm's bosses anticipated a growth in export volumes of AU $1,400,000 per month by the end of the year. But when the annual review was made at the end of the first year, firm found that export volumes had in fact fallen to AU$520,000 per month; much lower than the amount reached in the first 6 months. It also found that its client list had fallen to 12.
