I have the same assignment in my MBA financial policy class, but I am not getting the same answers as any of these. For question $1,$ I came up with a PV of $1,367,585\mathrm{.}61.$ I am using Excel for my calculations and used$=$PV$($rate$,$ number, pmt$,$ FV$).$ Can you please help me understand this?
