I have to do a Interoffice memorandum, and I'm a little confused because I'm on the Rule section and I don't know if I just need to state the rule, or the elements in contention or if I have to add in the case law examples that were given. I have the state ordinance Rule and 2 case laws Jones v. state which actually reads like a Rule and then come handon which is a short case law story. so what do I write for the Rule
