I have to find the DVM value of the company. The annual dividend is $1.91. The dividend for the first four years are as follows:

Year 1 dividend is 2.15

year 2 is 2.42

year 3 is 2.72

year 4 is 3.06

future years are at 8% growth. The required rate of return is r=12%

I have for the setup as 3.06(1+.08)/(.12-.08) which gives me $82.62 which I don't think is right. what is the DVM of the company?
