I have to prepare a forecasted Balance sheet for 2011 (data given) - 2017. I have included my own formulas for computation but unsure how to include calculations for my assumptions. Please help with how I am to apply the formula or calculation to each assumption so I am able to do it going forward Assume a 3% growth rate and Tax of 33%

Stockholders Equity
Common stock, $0.001 par value $ 22 No change; the same number each year as in 2011
Treasury stock, at cost $ (6,867) For 20122016, treasury stock will be increased by the amount purchased each year (provided in the Statement of Cash Flows). For 2017, total treasury stock purchased should be total stockholders equity minus all other components of stockholders equity
Additional paidin capital (APIC) $ 318,083 2011 footnote mentions that APIC increased by $1,803. Assume the same increase for each year.
Accumulated other comprehensive gain/(loss) $ 18,500 No change; the same number each year as in 2011
Retained Earnings $ 125,057
Total Stockholders Equity $ 461,640 For 20122016, total of all components of stockholders equity. For 2017, increase total stockholders equity by the rate of sales growth (terminal growth assumption)
Total Liabilities and Stockholders Equity $ 1,288,373
