I have to reply to this student in 60 words I work in management with my current employer and when it comes to the four functions of management in my workplace, we always set up who is going to lead the project first. This take planning on how the project is going to start and when it is going to be finished within the timeframe set by the company. Meeting the deadline is important so it takes having organizational skills and someone controlling the project, so it is executed properly. One should separate each task against team members and lay out exactly what is needed and when. Then one should have someone checking throughout the project to ensure everyone is scheduled to meet the deadline on time. Anyone that works better by themselves should be given only certain part of the project. This is important depending on the type of project is due. I am in the multifamily industry and when it comes to leasing one call on me to help motivate the staff to lease units daily and weekly.
