I have to say that this week I learned a lot about where and what I want to do as an NP. I realized that there are a lot of areas of improvement in the oncology field. I learned the research that goes into developing new procedures and how long it takes to implement evidence-based practices into everyday procedures. I realized that I want to be better and learn to listen to my patients more and the staff I work with to always be abreast of new ideas and procedures. I developed my PICOT question, and I am learning through my daily practice ways that I can develop new procedures and investigate new ideas
