I hear what you are saying. I agree that we cannot put out a release before we know all of the facts. We could end up painting ourselves into a corner. It is very difficult to backtrack official statements if there is evidence found during the investigation that refutes our claims. I think you are correct. We have to reject Isaac's request. I think your strategy for responding makes sense. You need to be empathetic. Isaac has put a number of years into this project. No one would want to feel as if the design they developed caused people to not get a job. What strategies will you use when responding to Isaac's request that we issue a press release
