I hope it's okay, but I would like to continue a reply on this post. What about coming forward and claiming your prize? Or, staying anonymous? I have seen over the years some states require the winner to come out and provide that they have won to the public. Other states will let the winner stay anonymous for security and risk reasons. Personally, I would want to stay anonymous so people do not come out of the woodwork looking for a handout. Not only that, but you want to make sure every penny is secure before making yourself public. Hiring an attorney and a financial advisor might be a good start as well.
