Prior to the holiday, such merchandise reaches their highest demand, resulting in increased prices. However, as soon as the holiday passes, the demand significantly drops, resulting in severely discounted prices and what's worse, overstock In this discussion, I would like you to share a logistics strategy that you as a retail store owner or manager would implement to avoid post Holiday overstock and also, a pricing strategy that would allow you the flexibility to discount prices after the Holiday that would still result in profitable margins
