b$)$ Rizal works in a hotel restaurant and is in charge of serving WVIP sections.

While making the food presentation, he negligently stumbled causing a tray of

hot soup bowls to fall onto the lap of Datin Rokiah. Panicked with the

situation, Amran the manager on duty ran to help Datin Rokiah and calmed

the audience. Datin Rokiah was upset with the incident and wished to take

legal action against the hotel restaurant.

Advise Datin Rokiah on the above situation by applying relevant laws and

cases.

Datin Lora and her husband went for a holiday in Rembulan Resort, Langkawi

for a two$-$night stay. During the stay, she went to the Resort's swimming pool

to enjoy swimming. While she was walking to the swimming pool area, she fell

and suffered injuries to her head and bleeding to her mouth resulting from the

slippery floor. Datin Lora was taken to the hospital and was admitted for $2$

days. The doctor confirmed that the injuries were due to the fall. Datin. Lora

noticed that there was no signage of a slippery floor along the hallway to the

pool. She intends to initiate legal action against the Rembulan Resort.

Advise Dalin Lora whether she can take any legal action against Rembulan

Resort under the tort of negligence.
