I just figured out how to solve for the CF1-10 PV! I input N=10, I/Y=30, PMT=406,345, CPT PV=1,256,232. CF10 PV, I did not get the stated result of 238,439. I input N=10, I/Y=30, PMT=3,287,086, and CPT PV=10,162,156, when it should be 283,439. What am I doing wrong here?
I also input these CFs into the CF register and set the discount rate to 30, but the NPV I come up with is -$4.7M when it should be -$2.017M. I set CF0=-1M, CF1-9=-1,256,232, and CF10=238,439. Then, CPT NPV with I=30 and the NPV my calculator spits out is -4,775,270. What do you think Im doing incorrectly here?
