I just want to verify the below and if I did this correctly.

Looking for the probability of the overall satisfaction score of 9 or 10 is:

"3+11+3+3+23+5+10+5"=63. I added all of the 9 & 10's up.

Each data set has 50 observations, therefore taking 50*4=200

To get the probability of Overall satisfaction 63/200=0.315 therefore there is a 32% probability that the overall satisfaction will be a 9 or 10.
