The goal is to provide a practical understanding of restaurant management, including financial analysis, strategic planning, and operational decisions. Although I did not make much profit in the first year, I improved the operation of the restaurant by inquiring about real restaurants and learning restaurant strategy knowledge and skills learned in the course. In the future, the restaurant may need more training and inspection of restaurant performance to modify strategies and plans such as service quality and food cost to achieve the optimal.
