i) Lela is paid RM1950 per month as a senior clerk in a company manufacturing furniture in Muar, Johor. She has been working there since January 2000. She is thinking of resigning because the company allows employees only 10 days annual leave and 20 days paid sick leave per year. She applied for 90 days maternity leave but her application is rejected. According to the company policy, maternity leave is only for 60 days and employee must start taking maternity leave three (3) weeks before due date.
