I$\text{'}$m an independent contract working on the hockey rink here at Sacred Heart. I was contracted by the company doing the construction but I$\text{'}$m a carpenter who does other work beside this project. I think it's funny to yell sexual insults at students when they walk by$.$ You report this activity to Sacred Heart. They tell you that since I$\text{'}$m an independent contractor there is nothing Sacred Heart can do to stop it$.$ Is that correct?
