I manage schools as a school director and as a teacher. I think that the stakeholders for a school director and a teacher would be the students, parents, school administrators, and society as a whole. In the case of a school, fringe stakeholders might be the local community, businesses and other organizations, and various suppliers that are affected by the decisions of the school.

Please teach me how to explain the following questions:

• What level or type of engagement do you think/know that schools (from elementary school to high school) with those fringe stakeholders?
• How could the school benefit from more engagement?
• How could the school benefit from more engagement? Why or why not? I need to Justify my answers; use other examples of schools engaging or not engaging with fringe stakeholders, to their benefit or detriment.

I want to include some possible engagement with the company and with local communities.

The theme is sustainability, so I want to write about some engagement related to environmental and SDG activities, lectures and demonstrations held by police department ( instruction and demonstration of bicycle riding ) and seminars held by food companies, for example.
