I measured the front wall and got 1137cm. But since I cannot perfectly measure the length by making the rulers to parallel in every time I measure, I should make the conservative estimates, which I assumed 20cm.

In this part, I got confused on how should I determine the conservative estimates. Do I just assume error was 20cm or use the ruler's measurement, which was 0.1cm --> 0.001m.

Additionally, if I convert it to both m and ft, do I got. 11.4+/- 0.2m and 37.303+/-0.007ft ( since I have to follow the same decimal with uncertainty?).
