Google's strengths include:

• Well known public image for being a fast and reputable search engine
• Unbeatable position in the market
• Extremely valued brand- globally
• Brand Valuation
• Strong and powerful search queries
• High Revenue- 161.86 billion in 2019
• Adaptability
• Rapid Growth

Google's weaknesses include:

• Privacy policies
• Overdependence on advertisement
• Unfair business practices- exploits new entry players
• Breach of privacy
• Poor pricing strategy
