I need a contract between myself and a real estate broker. It must say that I will receive 10% of the commission of the house sold and I need the contract to have no loopholes. its something like a referral fee contract between myself and a real estate agent stating that 10% of the revenue made in commissions will be given to me. how do I do that? and whats the best way to do it
