I need a cost estimation for a backyard deck construction based on below scope of work and attached Image.

Scope of Work The purpose of this document is to provide a project description of the construction of a backyard deck, including the implementation and management of the project, as well as the terms and conditions that comply with the local policies and standards. The Contractor is to perform all deck building works as per the specifications and drawings for the owner according to the following description: The shape of the deck will be rectangular and will be connected to the home's outer wall. The total deck area is needed to be 10 m X 10 m in size made of tropical hardwood. The deck should be 1.5 m above ground. A 5-stair wooden staircase with handrail will be added (centered to backyard door at the corner as shown in the drawings) the stairs lead to the ground level. The deck and stairs both must be supported by a concrete base as per the standards. The deck will be painted a dark brown color. Down by the deck stairs, a landscape fabric covered completely by small rocks and a pavement route around the garden. The deck floor has to be made of waterproof wood and designed to allow water and dirt to come out to the ground under. (The space allowed between the floorboards should be determined during the engineering phase). Terms and conditions: ? The Contractor is obligated to demonstrate any licenses and insurance required from the city prior to starting the work. ? The Contractor is responsible to perform all civil works including excavations, flattening the area prior to building the deck. ? The Contractor is obligated to contact the authorities for the locations of any underground infrastructure, such as water or gas pipelines, communications wires etc. Contractors' Tasks and Responsibilities: ? The deck will be above-ground deck in the backyard attached to the house, with direct access from the kitchen and the living room. ? To run an underground pipeline for water and a natural gas line for a grill (Grill location will be defined during engineering phase). ? To install an electrical outlet located on the exterior wall of the house (garden type with external cover against dust and rain should be used). ? It is the Contractor responsibility for all post construction work including clean-up and trash removal, mobilization and de-mobilization of all equipment and tools. ? The Contractor shall follow safety procedures to ensure property and personnel safety. All measurements are approximate and subject to change to meet the Owner's requirement. Timeline: ? Week 1: Initial consultation at location. ? Week 2: Sign Scope of Work document and begin work. ? Week 3-4: Completion of deck construction. The Contractor will be working Monday to Friday and anticipated to complete within 4-5 weeks. The Contractor should notify the Owner if any expected delays or changes to the timeline occur. Out of scope work: ? The Contractor will not be responsible for roofing or awning. ? The Contractor will not be responsible for any backyard landscaping services except the area mentioned above. ? The Owner will be responsible for removing all furniture and belongings in the yard. ? The Buyers will be responsible for purchasing and installing deck amenities (lighting, grills, spa, etc.) ? The Owner is responsible for the purchase and delivery of tropical wood and related materials. ? The Owner is responsible for the purchase and delivery of paints and painting materials.
