I need a discussion response to:No matter what industry you work in, as a manager you are faced with the responsibility of making important decisions everyday. Because these decisions can mean the difference between the success or failure of not only your team but the organization itself, it is crucial for a manager to have strong decision making skills. As managers the decisions that are made should improve productivity, employee satisfaction, customer/client satisfaction as well as boost the organizations overall success. I work in long term care and although I am not a manager I have the responsibility of making important decisions everyday. One example of how effective decision making has positively impacted the team of CNAs I work with would be the many many times I was left with the decision of how to most efficiently split the work load/resident assignment of 53 residents between myself and 2 other CNAs when we are short staffed
