I need a matlab code that can do these for a full month (30 days) each day and 24 hours. I have values for each hour but i couldn't enter the values to the matlab could you explain how can i do it ?

1) Organize the wind speed data on an hourly basis so that Matlab can read it. 2) Determine your month's maximum and mean wind speed values. 3) Determine each wind speed value's probability () and cumulative probability () (For u = 1(m/s), 2(m/s), 3(m/s),..., u = umax). 4) Use the maximum likelihood approach and the graphical method to find the Weibull parameters. 5) Determine the root mean square error (RMSE) of the data obtained using the two approaches.
