The IDEO shopping cart case analysis is truly thought-provoking for me due to its demand for creative thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration. Drawing from my past experience in a department where we formed specialized teams for specific projects, I witnessed firsthand the effectiveness of a flat hierarchy similar to IDEO's. Within our team, led by a manager, five of us held equal positions but worked on diverse projects interconnected by a larger goal. My understanding of organizational behavior evolved through various lessons and assignments.
