I need a research paper with the following structure on a good topic for which free articles exist. The research should involve identifying a problem in industries and providing a managerial solution for it. The references used in the text should be properly cited.

• Explore Solutions
• Define one or more solutions, describe the solutions in writing
• Create the architecture and section content of a final report
• Final Report there are essentially three sections:
  1. Introduction, say what you want to say - no explanations yet
  2. Main body of the report - present the analysis and the findings. Determine individual headings as you see fit
  3. Conclusion / Recommendation - summarize the main results of the literature research project. Do not mention anything that has not been reported/described in the main report
