Good planning is one of the most important factors that determine the success of the capital project as at this stage vision will be made, risk assessment of the project must be done in order to really see the whole scope of the project, strategy of the project must be clear and well defined in order to correctly evaluate and determine the outcome of the project, cost of the project must be managed effectively and efficiently and project monitoring and costs management are important for the proper execution of the project overall.

4. Reflection

After this week's post and readings, I can say that I learned what the importance of capitol project pricing is for in the short and long term. Additionally, capital projects can be on a very big scale in regards to high costs and development for corporations. Furthermore, understanding this topic will help aid me with regular investments, any future projects I might take on in the workforce when it comes to resourcing, upgrading or asset management. Lastly, the funding for this topic is very critical because of the required budget and/or pay off of the project.
