after consolidating my needs analysis with my plan for my capstone project, I noticed some concerning factors. First, my plan is to prepare future soldiers who are taking the preparatory course. The plan includes scheduling days to implement a developed routine. According to the article, the willingness to assume responsibility is frequently found in leaders (Malos, 2011). I felt the it is my responsibility to instill motivational tactics prior to attending these courses. For those who are attending the preparatory course to lose weight are assigned a routine to complete 30 minutes everyday on their own time. Each week is meant to check their progress to see if there are any adjustments that must be made. For those scheduled to attend the preparatory course the raise their ASVAB score, I decided to utilize the Kahootz website to send trivia questions on subjects they will be tested on the ASVAB. My first concern is having to schedule everyone on separate days. Each future soldier attends different high school with separate end-of-day times. This gets in the way of having every future soldier show up on time to my office. Another concern I have are ensuring they are competent enough to give maximum effort to complete these tasks I assigned. Since these future soldiers have already joined, some may believe this program I developed is not needed.
