I need a simple C++ Program with these instructions:

"Create a program for an instructor to create a class list. The program will ask the user to enter the class code, name, section, and the NAMES of each of the STUDENTS in the class to record them in a .txt file. The names will then be recovered from the file and entered into an array to be output to the display. The program must contain at least one programmer-defined function."
