I need a tutor who understands how a proposal?

Research and propose a retail business concept. Choose a type of retail concept that interests you or that you believe would successful retail store. Use chapters one (1) through three (3), online sources, and research of various retail stores to compile the information for this report. There is also a Sample Strategic Plan on page 75 of your textbook. Be sure to complete all the sections of the assignment, missing sections will be graded harshly. Consider each section carefully, show me that you have given thought and done outside research in creating your project. Follow the outline guidelines listed below.

Doing your project on a franchise establishment is acceptable (i.e. McDonalds), as well as a unique startup, but you cannot do your project on a non-franchise chain (i.e. Trader Joe's, Dick's Sporting Goods) or on Chic-fil-a (their business model removes risk from the entrepreneur). You must propose a retail model that is primarily bricks-and-mortar. You will have to do some research in this phase of the project know what kind of ownership structure you are proposing. Some good advice:

• Think small, a 50,000 square foot superstore is too big for this exercise.
• Think niche, a narrow product line is easier to manage than a scrambled product line.
• Think target market, is your TM big enough and do they have a need (why are there no ski and snowboard shops in Miami Beach?)
• Do some research yourself because I will do research as part of grading your work.
• Ask questions!! If you're not sure about something, it's better to ask questions than lose points on your grade.
