I need an Analysis or discussion of these facts in a legal memorandum

Mrs. Hunter drove to the home that Mr. Hunter purchased for him, his girlfriend, and their new child. Once there, she became enraged at the sight of the nearly $1M home her husband purchased for his new family. She began to spray paint the front of the home, leave fish in the car in the garage, snoop around to the home, and cause other nominal damages. Emotional she ran to her car, a Rolls Royce, and jetted away. At the same time, her husband, Mr. Hunter, saw her at the high rates of speed for nearly 3 miles until they were forced to come to a stop at the red light. Mrs. Hunter's car obeying the traffic laws hit her brakes. Mr. Hunter slammed on his brakes, but she still smashed into Mrs. Hunter's car causing material, medical, wages legal expenses.
