The global yearly employment cost for the company is 55,296.00 The employee social contribution rate is 21% . The withholding tax rate specified by the state for this employee is 9% The employer social contribution rate 44% . The net wage after personal income tax is paid at the end of each month, the other amounts are paid one month later. Questions: 1) Calculate (for one month): the gross wage, the employee social contribution, the net wage before personal income tax, the personal income tax, the net wage after personal income tax, the employer social contribution and the total monthly employment cost for the company 2) Calculate the monthly and yearly amounts to register in the income statement 3) If we consider that this company was created on January 1 of this year, and that it hired its employee on the same date, what total amount will it have paid until December 31 of this year concerning employment costs
