Research the Federal Rules of Evidence (FRE), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP), and the Sedona Conference. Create a presentation (such as Powerpoint or Keynote) with an introductory slide and 1-3 presentation slides for each of the three. Since this is a visual exercise, do not include too much detail on each slide. Define what each item is and how it relates to the governance of electronic discovery practice and procedures. List your references per APA guidelines on the final slide(s).
