I need an idea of how weighted mean works if I got to study redevelopment of public markets and I, will have 5 respondents with 5 proposed questions in a modified questionnaire. Can you explain how it works, please? Enlighten me. If possible explaining the overall procedure of the weighted mean with regards to the study " a redevelopment of public markets". I don't understand how it was derived and the interpretation data.
